Vineyard Hike & Single Vineyard Tasting 📍 Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–1:00 PM Experience the vineyard from the inside out. This guided hike takes you through the heart of our estate vineyards—where you’ll walk among the vines, taste grapes fresh off the clusters, and even measure sugar levels using a barometer. Along the way, enjoy a progressive tasting of wines made from the very blocks you’re walking through.
After the hike, unwind on our patio with a gourmet boxed lunch from the newly reimagined JimTown & Then Sum, paired with our estate-grown wines.
