This wine offers intense aromas of black rasberyy , creme de mure and plum, mixed with hints of cardamom, dried meats and sweet tobacco leaf.
Our Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel was fermented as 100% whole berries in Stainless steel open-top tank,where it underwent an 18-day maceration period with native yeast primary fermentation and punch downs performed one to twice a day.The wine was racked twice, and it spent 16 months in barrel before being blended and bottled.

This Zinfandel was sourced from two esteemed vineyards at oppoite ends of the renowned appellation. 60% of the fruit came from Doug Rafenelli's vineyard located at the Northeastern corner of the Valley off of Chuiquita Road. The other 40% came from the Gustafason Vineyard, planted in 2022 and located at the Northwestern corner of Dry Creek Valley, situated 1,500 feet above Lake Sonoma.
